Hello, I'm Tina Steck, Director of the Goalkeeper's Academy of Baltimore and I'm writing to inform you of this long awaited opportunity for your soccer goalies. I have started the Goalkeeper's Academy of Baltimore in order to provide the area's young goalkeepers the instruction that will increase their level of play and help them reach their full potential.  There is a strong need in soccer to develop goalkeepers within the area.  Currently the opportunities for goalies to work with a goalkeeping coach and training program designed for the position are extremely limited, and I want to change that.  Growing up in the Baltimore area I experienced first hand the limited resources available for goalkeepers such as myself.  
 
I have coached at the collegiate ranks including Towson University, University of Delaware, and Fairfield University and am currently the Head Coach at the Bryn Mawr School.  As a player I have played goalie for twelve years with the Olympic Development Program, Baltimore Football Club, and Harford United where I was part of numerous State Championships, Regional Championships and the National tournament since I was a youth in Baltimore. I eventually started for four years at Towson University where I was a Regional All-American and an All-Conference Player.
